STATE VOLUNTARY CAMPAIGN “THE WEEK OF THE FOREST - 2021”

State voluntary campaign “The Week of the forest - 2021” was held in the Republic of Belarus on April 03-10, 2021. The campaign was devoted to the Year of the National Unity. The main aim of this campaign was to draw attention to the fact that the forest took an important role in the ecological, economic and social development of the region.
Each participant of the campaign made contribution to the formation of the national wealth. The campaign had the motto “Let’s preserve nature! What will be remained when we pass over! Love the country we live in!”
While being there V.V. Kopytkov, Professor, Department of Biology and Ecology, explained MSPU students what planting season should have been used in order to grow the pines, planting techniques and the capacity of the forest tree nursery “Mozyr Experimental Forestry Farm”.
