The school of a young leader 2021 was arranged by the Red Cross Organization and was held on September 03-05, 2021. The volunteers-leaders participated in the interactive activities and games, solved the tasks and received useful information how to develop the skills of a leader. The participants got acquainted with “the proper language”, a new term which is used to define the language usually spoken in communication with the people who can’t read or speak properly. Much attention was paid to the gender aspects of upbringing. Emotional burn-out is the thing that stops people from high quality life and motivation to work well, in this vein several workshops were conducted to show and teach the students how to avoid it.
