The Integration into the Innovative Belarus – Kazakhstan Consortium

On the 5th December, 2013 the working committee met in special session at the premises of Belarusian State Technological University. The basic concern was the coordination of the Academic Consortium in the area of Higher Educational Establishments and Scientific – Research Institutes in the territory of Belarus and Kazakhstan. Several leading universities and research institutes have been included into the Belarus – Kazakhstan Consortium. The consortium activity is aimed to work out cooperative educational projects, fundamental and applicative research programs, organization of academic mobility of students and faculty members.
The integration of the Educational Institution “Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin” into the consortium was the item on the agenda. Chechko T.N., the head of the International Relations and Innovative Activities Department, reported on traditions and achievements of the university to the members of the working committee. Prof. Panteleenko F.I. , the chairman of the working committee in the consortium coordination, a corresponding-member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, pointed up to good professional practice of MSPU in teachers’ training, scientific capability and great sports achievements of students and undergraduates.
On the 5th December, 2013 the working committee decreed to integrate “Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin” into the Innovative Academic Research Consortium of Higher Educational Establishments and Scientific-Research Institutes of Belarus and Kazakhstan.
