The Year of Youth. MSPU Students

By the decision of the President of the Republic of Belarus YEAR 2015 was officially declared the Year of Youth. It means that the state places its stake on young people and, in its turn, youth policy has become a significant part of the state development strategy.
The work with young people is comprehensive and diversified. The main priority of this activity is to provide appropriate conditions for development of an all-round, moral and creative person; evolvement of initiatives, genres and kinds of student artistic creativity.
MSPU students show their talents in the field of science and research, sport and creativity. They participate in numerous festivals, contests and high-days.

In 2014-2015 academic year MSPU students participated in 9 festivals and contests.
International contests:
- “Da Pinocchio – 2014” (Italy, San Marino)
- “Wave of Ideas - 2014” (Bulgaria)
- “Spring the Queen -2015” (Belarus)
State Contests:
- “Singing Cities” (Belarus, Mozyr)
- “Student of the Year” (Belarus, Gomel)
- “Fashion Mill” (Belarus, Minsk)
- “New Names of Belarus” (Belarus, Gomel)
- “ART-Academy” (Belarus, Misk)
Regional Contests:
- “Under the Wings” (Belarus, Gomel Reion, Buda-Koshelevo)
Academic Year 2015-2016 is going to be as fruitful and active as the preceding one. Students are going to participate in various contests and festivals as well.
We hope that new victories will bring joy to
students and academic staff of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin!
