On November 19, 2015 Victor Hotsim, Leading expert of International Education and Career Center (Vilnius, Lithuania), Member of NAFSA: Association of International Educators, visited Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin. Mr. Hotsim was lecturing on “How to build a successful career”.
On November 19, 2015 Victor Hotsim, Leading expert of International Education and Career Center (Vilnius, Lithuania), Member of NAFSA: Association of International Educators, visited Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin. Mr. Hotsim was lecturing on “How to build a successful career”.
Nikolay A. Lebedev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, opened the meeting. Mr. Lebedev paid much attention to modern education, i.e. it became the national priority of the state policy. The only way to achieve prominent goals was to work hard in order to become an irreplaceable worker, highly-qualified expert and to be successfully interviewed by the potential employer.
The lecturer said: “The quality of knowledge, further job placement of undergraduates and career achievements are the elements which comprise high rating of any university. In its turn additional information of how to participate in the international projects and write an effective resume is of great importance.”
Since the moment Belarus was included into the Bologna process, academic mobility of students has been raised. In this behalf, some topical issues as “Effective resume”, “Motivation letter”, “Successful interview”, “Prominent Recommendation letter” were discussed.
