On December 09, 2015 Succession Pool Member Day was held at the premises of Educational Establishment “Belarussian Consumer's Co-Operation University of Trade and Economics”. Young people who were involved into the succession pool list of Gomel Region Executive Committee participated in the workshop.

Young people who were involved into the succession pool list of Gomel Region Executive Committee participated in the workshop.
Maria Barabanova (Physics and Engineering Department) and Dmitry Suprunovich (Physical Education Department) represented EE MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin.
In order to enhance and develop leadership skills an open dialogue “Communicative principles of effective management” was organized. In the course of the conversation the participants mastered their management and communication skills. Thereafter, succession pool members participated in the training “Development of leadership abilities and upturn of prospective leaders’ capacity”.
Moreover, students got a lucky chance to meet Dmitry Aleynikov, the Chief of Sovetsky District Administration, Gomel. He paid much attention to the essence of self-education and high motivation.
