On February 28, 2017 Festival of national cultures “The place where we all meet” was held at MPSU named after I.P.Shamyakin.
Representatives of all the nations who study at the University i.e. the Russians, the Ukrainians, the Belarusians, the Turkmen, the Uzbeks, the Pakistani, participated in National Costume Parade and National Cuisine Presentation.

Representatives of all the nations who study at the University i.e. the Russians, the Ukrainians, the Belarusians, the Turkmen, the Uzbeks, the Pakistani, participated in National Costume Parade and National Cuisine Presentation.
The international students reported on their country’s national traditions and home-towns they were born in. At the end of the festival the students-participants went in for a tea-party where alongside with traditional meals they got a possibility to try some traditional herbal tea also.
The motto of the festival could be verbalized as follows:
“We differ but a will to study and live in Belarus unites us!”
