WORKSHOP ON HOW TO PREVENT CHILDREN FROM “ILLS OF SOCIETY”

On November 13, 2017 Diana Mishura, MSPU student, Preschool and Elementary Education Department, conducted a workshop for 8th form pupils “How to prevent children from “ills of society”” as part of the project “The way how I live today is my healthy life tomorrow” at the premises of Secondary School No.14.

We can say that there is a great problem observed in the youth environment today. The number of drug-addicted, alcohol-addicted, computer games – addicted children is increasing. Teenagers don’t want to differ from one another and start drinking, smoking and trying toxic substances, sometimes they may commit crimes.

To pay attention to this problem and then solve it successfully we have to use the technique “Peer trains peer”. This form of work is known as a non-traditional but at the same time extremely effective.
