PUBLIC DIALOGUE “BELARUS AND ME”

On September 02, 2019 public dialogue “Belarus and me” was conducted at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. This affair was devoted to the 17th anniversary of the Belarusian State Youth Union. Representatives of Mozyr District Council of Deputies such as Valentina Nazarenko, Chairman of Mozyr District Council of Deputies, Anna Kozakevich, Vasily Parhomenko, Sergey Teterin, Anatoly Shevchik, Valentina Yatsukevich. Valery Naunyka, Rector of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, Sergey Shchur, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, and Ilona Kolosovskaya, Secretary of Belarusian State Youth Union, participate in the affair as well.
Rector of the University opened the ceremony, greeted the participants and singled out the significance and necessity of this event for the students, because it helped to build up cooperation between government bodies and young people.
The following important issues were discussed at the meeting: structure of the Republic of Belarus, position and role of the local councils of deputies in the organization chart of the Republic of Belarus, position of the youth in the Belarusian State Youth Union and the election campaign to the Chamber of the representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
