ALIGNMENT MEETING ON SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION

On September 27, 2019 an alignment meeting on separate waste collection was held at the premises of State Center for Ecology and Land Studies. Representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, experts in the field of ecology and nature protection, students majoring in Biology and Environment protection participated in the meeting. N. Kozel, I. Zayats, D. Yarohovich, E. Yurchenko under the guidance of Elena Guminskaya, Head of the Chair of Biology and Ecology (MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin) took part in the meeting.
The following topics were discussed: “Perspectives of biotechnology in the field of utilization”, “Modern approaches to deal with waste”, “Ecological situation in the world and Belarus”, “Reduction of waste”, “Refusal from plastic material”, “New approaches to waste sorting”.
