70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

On October 01, 2019 the 70th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China was celebrated. These days there are lots of ways for cooperation established between our countries. At the premises of Chinese studies office a festive event devoted to the anniversary was held. Tatsiana Paliyeva, Vice-Rector for Research, Tatsiana Symanovich, Dean of Philology Department, Irina Kovalevich, Head of Chinese Studies Office, Pavel Koshman, Dean of the Department for Advanced Training and Staff Retraining, Olga Dubodel, Head of the International Affairs Department, met Yan Zhifeng to congratulate him on this great state holiday. In his turn Yan Zhifeng expressed his assurance that the cooperation between MSPU and China would develop.

On October 01, 2019 research to practice seminar “China in geopolitic processes at the end of the XX century – beg”. XXI century” was held at the premises of Philology Department. The teachers from the Chair of History and Social Sciences and the Chair of Foreign Languages participated in the seminar. Much attention was paid to the specific features of the economic model in China, politics of Deng Xiaoping, perspectives of cooperation between Republic of Belarus and People’s Republic of China.
