WORKSHOP “BULLYING AT SCHOOL”

26-4   On April 24, 2019 workshop “Bullying at school” was held at the premises of the department of preschool and elementary education; the focus group – bachelor degree students majoring in “Social work (social and pedagogical activity)”. Elena Kolisnichenko, PhD in Pedagogics, Associate professor, arranged this workshop. The following topics were discussed: reasons for bullying, topicality of bullying in the modern educational environment, advanced experience and practices to stop bullying at schools, individual features of psychological state of bullying victims and those who did bullying. Much attention was paid to preventive measures and techniques to self-protection from bullying. Alongside with that it was said that “aggressor - victim” link could be broken by the help of the parents, teachers and the experts on condition that everybody would be aware of this problem.
