SONGS WE WILL NEVER FORGET

On May 03, 2019 the 2nd State Festival for Patriotic Songs was held at the premises of the Belarusian State University of Transport and the 74th anniversary of the deliverance from the Nazi. Representatives of the 12 Belarusian Universities from Minsk, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev and Mozyr participated in the festival. Before the festival was opened all the guests were invited to make a tour around the University and Gomel Palace & Park Ensemble. Moreover, the guests were offered to attend the exhibition “the sources” conducted by the foreign students who studied at the Belarusian State University of Transport and the presentation “Around the countries and continents”.
The participants of the festival performed and did their best to present the songs and poetry. Annagul Artykova, Istam Oraev, participated in the festival together with their Belarusian friends – Irina Lyashenko and Andrey Lyashuk. They sang 2 songs which were devoted to the war.
Victory day is a fest which connects the generations and fulfills the hearts with pride and love to the motherland.
