NEW PERSPECTIVES OF COOPERATION

On May 24, 2019 Elena Barsuk, PhD in History, Associate Professor, participated in the International Research to Practice Seminar “Ukraine and Belarus: History and Modernity”, held at the premises of Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (Nikolaev, Ukraine). Representatives from Belarusian and Ukrainian universities participated in the seminar. Here is the list of the participants: National Pedagogical Dragomanov University (Kyiv), V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Mykolaiv V.O. Sukhomlynskyi National University, Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, Belarusian State University, Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, Sukhoi Gomel State Technical University of Gomel.
The reports were devoted to educational process held at higher educational establishments in Belarus and Ukraine, specific techniques useful for conducting professional and vocational orientation work, development of academic mobility of teachers and students, perspectives for future development of historical and pedagogical sciences, peculiarities of publishing scientific articles in Scopus and Web of Science. Participants of the seminar exchanged the information about the main achievements in the field of Belarusian and Ukrainian Science, discussed perspectives of cooperation between the universities. It is important to mention that the key event of the seminar was the ceremony of signing of a cooperation agreement between Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin and Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding.
