VI INTERNATIONAL SHAMYAKIN’S READINGS “WRITER – PERSON – TIME”

On September 27, 2019 VI International Shamyakin’s readings “Writer – Person – Time” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Valery Naunyka, Rector of the University, opened the ceremony and greeted all the participants. Sergey Nikolaenko, Doctor of Philology, Professor (Masherov Vitebsk State University) sent a video-greeting to all the participants of the conference. The following honorable guests were invited to the conference:
Vladimir Koval, Doctor of Philology, Professor (Francisk Skorina Gomel State University);
Vasily Shur, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor (MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin);
Eugene Esis, a teacher of Belarusian and Belarusian Literature (Secondary School No.16 in Mozyr), Master of Philological Sciences;
Galina Dashkevich, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor, a veteran of teaching career;
Tamara Nuzhdina, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor, a veteran of teaching career;
A. Antipova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor (Moscow State Pedagogical University).
More than 60 reports were submitted to the organizing committee. Topical issues of historical and literature heritage, various aspects of Ivan Shamyakin’s creativity, modern Philology Studies in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine were discussed at the conference.
Irina Sudibor, a head teacher, presented a creative project “Today you are praised!”
The organizing committee of the conference expressed the gratitude to all the participants of the VI International Shamyakin’s readings “Writer – Person – Time” as well as to the representatives of MSPU Library who helped to prepare the exhibition devoted to the life and creativity of Ivan Shamyakin.
