For the young teacher of Informatics Efremov Andrey Aleksandrovich, the State Educational Institution "Gymnasium of Kalinkovichi" of the Gomel region has become a place where he develops and realizes his professional skills and creative abilities successfully .

Andrey Efremov graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Engineering of the Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin with a degree in “Informatics. Foreign Language (English)" in 2017. Studying on a paid basis, Andrey Aleksandrovich had the right to self-employment after graduating from the university, but he wanted to be distributed and become a young specialist. He was assigned to the State Educational Institution "Gymnasium of Kalinkovichi" in the Gomel region and thanks fate for this opportunity. His dad started his career as a computer science teacher in this educational institution. It was his dad who instilled in Andrei a love for the teaching profession. And thanks to this, Andrew found his calling.

Andrey Aleksandrovich is an active, creative person, he is interested in new things. The young teacher already has a lot of achievements. In the third year of work, he presented his lesson at the district competition for the development of educational and extracurricular activities and became the winner. Now A.A. Efremov is a regular participant in district master classes, traditional pedagogical readings. In 2019, he was awarded a diploma of the Kalinkovichi District Executive Committee.

In 2020, he took part in the professional skills competition "Teacher of the Year of the Republic of Belarus". He became the winner of the first stage and took part in the second. For the young teacher, it was a very valuable experience and a powerful charge of inspiration Andrey Aleksandrovich is the moderator of the gymnasium's website. In addition, as a software engineer, he attends all webinars and seminars held at the educational institution. Thanks to this, he is one of the first to learn about methodological innovations in almost all subjects, notes the peculiarities of the work of other teachers in the region and the country, and then tries to apply them in his lessons.

The pupils of A.A. Efremov also delight with their activities. Every year, they take part in the republican game-competition "Infomyshka", an international online competition in informatics and computer engineering. With all his workload and multitasking, Andrey Aleksandrovich finds time for his favorite activities, without which, as well as without school, he has not imagined his life for a long time. His hobby is playing the saxophone. For a young person, this is a different, parallel life, as creative as the profession of a teacher. She enjoys performing musical compositions not only for herself, but also at gymnasium and district events.
