ACADEMIC CONTEST IN ELEMENTARY INFORMATICS

MSPU students from Physics and Engineering Faculty took part in the academic contest “Educational information technologies, Informatics, Software development, Robot engineering” in the section “Elementary Informatics” on May 23, 2022. The contest was held at the premises of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Technologies of Ural State Pedagogical University (Ekaterinburg). 63 students from 8 Russian and Belarusian Pedagogical Universities participated in the contest.
The contest was arranged as an individual championship. Each student was offered to do a collection of specialized tasks. The time for completion of the tasks was limited.
Oleg Korobkin (2 nd year of studies, Group 1) won the first place;
Nikita Radyuk (2 nd year of studies, Group 2) won the second place;
Maksim Aladdin (3 rd year of studies, Group 3) won the second place.
Gleb Gatalsky (3 rd year of studies, Group 1), Alexey Hapugin (2 nd year of studies, Group 1), Evgeny Grib (3 rd year of studies, Group 1), Ivan Kolesnikov (2 nd year of studies, Group 1) participated in the contest but didn’t reach the level of top three.
Valentina Davydovskaya, Department of Theoretical Physics and Applied Informatics, was a coordinator of the contest; she was awarded with a thanks-giving letter for the participation in the contest.
